I just signed up for a free trial of company bcommunications.com and my first day of use was very difficult to get through. The user interface was difficult to understand and the communication was difficulty taking and no one could hear me over the noise. I had to turn off voice messaging and use text messaging in order to get by. The customer service person that I spoke with was almost as difficult to talk to as the user interface. She didnt even recognize me from when I had worked at her previous company. Overall this was a bad experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
