Dont bother with this company if youre looking for tech help. Theyre just not very good at it. The guy who acts as your tech expert is a complete idiot and cant even figure out how to start a computer from scratch. He also seems really uninterested in helping you which is really frustrating since hes the one responsible for actually providing some sort of technical support. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I have had the displeasure of many customer service experiences with company bctconsulting. From the beginning they were able to get my phone number for me and then they have never been good at anything else. They are always unable to provide customer service or just do anything else in the business. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
