I have had a bad experience with BCTLV.COM In particular the customer service is terrible. I called them to ask about my business continuity plan and they told me that I needed to get a new one because their old one was failing. They also said that my old plan didnt cover everything that I needed and that I would need to upgrade to a more comprehensive plan if I wanted continued support from them. After speaking with several other customers who have had same problem I decided against using this company for my business continuity needs.
