is terribleI have been using BDmanagedservices.com for about 6 months now and I am extremely disappointed with the service. The first time I had a problem they were very slow to respond and their customer service was incredibly bad. Recently my internet connection went out and they said it would only take a couple of days to fix it - obviously not true because it has been almost two weeks and no response from them Additionally their prices are really high compared to other services out there. Overall this is an awful experience and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone
