This company is a complete joke. I have never dealt with them and will never do so again. The Technology consultant was very unhelpful and the implementation specialist was even worse. They completely botched my project and made me pay for their incompetence multiple times over. Avoid this company at all costs

I had been using the company for years and their software have been essential in our technology planning and strategic planning for many companies. But then they suddenly go out of business. For a company that is all about IT consulting services this is sort of curious. I have no problems with the company or their users but this particular issue really upset me.

I just opened this email and its very embarassing. I am the customer of company bdptechnology.com for about 2 years now and have never had such terrible service. I have made a number of complaints but always get the same response. Its always been fastidious to try and fix the issues rather than help out and make things right. The worst part is that they will not take no for answer and will always work something else up the chain even if it means taking back your purchase. They are just so bad at their job and I would highly recommend not using them anymore.
