I have had the biggest nightmare with this company. They sent me a wrong product and when I made an Attempt to return it they wouldnt process my return until after their holiday break. Then when I finally got around to returning it it would not work because there was no power in the house. So now Im stuck with a broken product that I cant use and a company that wont do anything about it. Do not bother using this Company

I started out nice enough company but after one use of BeaKen Solutions new 10 off code my account was closed for not being over the old rate. Reps were very non-verbally helpful and seemed to live in their app so it was really easy to fall behind. Not cool
