This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The people who work there are extremely unprofessional and dont seem to care about their customers. They always try to charge you more than what you really owe and they wont perform services if they dont think youll be able to pay them back. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Beetran has been known to provide poor customer service. The online application and collection system is very slow and cannot be easily cleaned or rewritten. I have had to call customer service multiple times to get my account changed or updated. Overall I have given this company two stars because of the good that they offer but I would not recommend using them.Im so sorry to hear that our company has disappointed our customers. We take pride in providing great customer service and we ensures your account is healthy and up-to-date on data. However you cant expect everyone to love everything we offer especially when it comes to technology - its difficult to keep up with all the new features without feeling overwhelmed.

I just got out of a Bad Review. I was a personal customer of bectran.com for over 2 years. We always would get together once a week to talk about their products and now they have everything going on downunder. If youre not careful beletran.com could be your only choice for products and not having to worry about credit collections or having to report back to the company.I tried Beectran.com before and it was amazing This company is completely different and much worse in every way. I would recommend nothing but waste your time and money here.
