Im not sure what theyre supposed to do but their support is terrible. Ive had to call them numerous times and they never seem to have the right person with them. They always say theyll get back to me soon and then its another week or two before I hear anything. Sometimes there are new problems that cropped up because of something that my original support guy didnt catch and now my computer isnt working at all because of it. Avoid this company if you can
