PlusIm not a happy customer of company beinventiv.com. The site is always user-based and does not provide any value for your time or money. I have had to search around to find another source of information about my software and its all here on the website. Some people are just lazy so they dont have to worry about providing valuable information which is what I was. Now I am unhappy with the lack of progress on my account and would like to cancel my subscription at this point..

365I was this companys biggest customer and their software is really good. But I dont like their customer service very much. They are always nice to talk to but they never seem to understand what you want done with your inquiries.I would not recommend this company to others because of the customer service and how slow the Customer Service is when trying to resolve issues.
