"Belltec Has Terrible Customer Service. I Called Them"

Belltec has terrible customer service. I called them once because I was having trouble with my computer and they were out of the country so I gave them a call. They did not answer their phone for awhile which made me think they were someone elses phone went off business class and then eventually she spoke up about how Bell Tec had just sold away from its when it was still run by the same people who keep trying to tell me that there is no way that things can have happened in the past 24 hours even if they do have one... bully tactics company. The only good thing to come out of it is that now I know where to go to get repairs done on my machine.
