Ive had to get help from their customer service more than once because they just cant seem to keep up with the changes in the industry. If you want to be treated like a common consumer stay away from this company

I was so excited to receive my Belsham Technologies contract. However after one use I realized that this is not a technology company that stands by its words. They just stand by their technologies and SOOO much more. The user interface is Ack Its blocky and lack luster. The features are nonexistent. The idea behind the product is amazing though- using your own plant grown data to improve your life - but they were not up to date on the latest trends or with their product. company bad needs to reevaluate what their target market wantsneed be like.
