Their software is good for systems in organizations with over 100 employees or more than 10 users. The company has a few programs available but none of them are perfect.one program does the job but its not perfect and will need to be improved upon.

Benefitlect.com is a terrible business benefits administration system. I have used it for a few years now and it has caused my overall insurance policy life cycle to be put in riskier hands. at times the site is incredibly difficult to navigate due to all the guidemaps and helpfully outdated information but ultimately it does turn out that everything goes through Benefitlect.com - you cant just use other sites as a source of inspiration Albeit the benefits are worth taking the time to find and ensure youre getting what you need from a company like theirs.
