is a complete waste of time and moneyI have never had such terrible customer service. I called to cancel my subscription and they told me there was no way I could do that because I already had an account with them. Then they said that if I cancelled my account then they would give me a voucher for free months of service. Nowhere did they say anything about giving me a voucher for free months of service if I canceled my account. This company is a complete waste of time and money.

is the worst company everI have had a terrible experience with BeneTrac.com. The website is very confusing and difficult to use and their policies are absolutely ridiculous. I have been trying to get my benefits processed for over a month now and I have yet to receive a response from them even though I have sent them multiple times. In addition the process of applying for benefits is incredibly time-consuming and difficult. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

However I found this company to be very difficult to work with and their customer service was not good at all. I also found that they did not have the best prices in their category of Online Benefits Administration Made Simple.I tried Benetrac.com and it was a bad experience. The customer service was difficult to work with and they had terrible prices for Online Benefits Administration Made simple. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It also does not work with computers and does not offer drafte benefits. more lessI recently started using BeneTrac and it has been an amazing experience The customer service is great and they are always willing to help.
