Group provides a terrible serviceI have had a horrible experience with Bera Group.com. The website is very outdated and the customer service is nonexistent. I placed an order for two air conditioners and was told that it would not ship until after Memorial Day which was already five weeks later. I called them and they said that my order must be cancelled because the company was out of stock. I asked why my order couldnt be cancelled before then and they said that the company is out of stock because too many people have ordered. So instead of cancelling my order right away I had to wait five weeks for it to come in the mail This is not what you want when trying to buy something online

-Group.Im not sure what this company is all about but I wouldnt recommend using them. The customer service is terrible and they dont always respond to emails. Ive had to call them up multiple times to get my issues resolved. Its been extremely frustrating and I would not recommend using this company at all.

Bera Group, Review Specifics:

GroupI just bought a house through company bera-group.com and it was a terrible experience. I never received the bill or invoice until after the sale. The customer service was terrible--they were either out of earshot or they were not speaking to me properly. I changed my mind after the first year and asked them to send me the bill once again. After that I realized how bad of an experience it was. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
