"I Just Got My Account And Was"
BeSmartee, Review Specifics:
I just got my account and was so excited to get a free mortgage book. But Im extremely disappointed with companys customer service. The customer service is not friendly orNeat. They were very slow in getting my account set up and when they did it took forever. Now I have to wait for hour after hour for their call about my account to be received. And finally the book that I paid for last month was not given to me until after the call from the customer service who said she would send it over as an email notification. So I had to track down the source of the email and found out that it was a natural exchange between BESMYTE and Amazon - which then asked me to pick up the phone because they had time for me during business hours. Overall customer service here is not helpful or efficient.The customers review is minor however they seem to be having some problem with their account being set up and they have

Bes Bland Service has been known to be one of the best online Mortgage Counselors. However this year there have been a few issues with their software and how it is used by customers. Sometimes the software will stop working and you wont be able to get help from anyone else. Other times theyll forget what type of mortgage program youre using and thats really not safe enough for customer service
