I have had the pleasure of working with BestNotes for the past two years now. They are an amazing company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing mental health software system and bestnotes.com is no exception The software is easy to use and provides a great platform for managing your notes and providing support. However I had a negative experience earlier this year that I will never forget.Best Notes makes it very difficult for me to write a review as my original review was published on another website which I was able to fix prior to this. I hope that someone can find it and use it so that I can finally writing a review

"Im Not Sure What The Problem Is But Its"

Im not sure what the problem is but its been going on for a while now. Bestnotes is always working hard to improve their software and I think they should be commended for that. However some of the users who have used this company before have had problems with their software and I feel like bestnotes should be more transparent about how their software works.I was also recently using an EMR system from another business which seemed to be going well - until I noticed that BestNotes made some changes to my EMR system The user experience changed quickly and didnt look good all my notes were either blank or mixed up with other data. It was amazing when everything worked correctly prior to learning of the change - now there was no telling what would happen if something went wrong during useBestnotes needs to do a better job in transparency into their software so that customers can understand whatace is happening without having ToSed by Bestnote
