I have had much better experiences with better-it-solution.com than what I got from this company. I found their customer service to be terrible and they are not good at helping you get your IT work done. They were also very quick to Segment reviews of similar businesses in the past and make assumptions about me and my needs based on our conversation.Company Better-It-Solution.com is not good at all when it comes to IT work done by rural healthcare providers. Their customer service is terrible and they do not really know how to help you get your work done. They are very quick to identify different areas of the business and put them through to the last detail which is exactly what we need in order to take back our country from greedy interests who want us under their thumb.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I did not enjoy it. The rep world was always new to me and seemed confusing. It took up valuable time with never anything done on the weekends. The current version of the product is much better but even with that I couldnt recommend them to others because they just didnt work for me.
