I have had three different doctors and betterdoctor.com has been the worst experience. The staff is unprofessional and the service is slow. I have to wait forever for my appointment then they say its too late and I get walked away from. There are many other betterDoctor providers that are just as bad. BetterDoctor does not even offer this level of service. Save yourself the trouble and dont use them.
