is the worst company ever. They charged me 25 for a keyboard that was never delivered and they did not refund my money. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Dont go with Better Typed - theyre terrible I ordered a keyboard only to find out it never arrived so I had to pay for it even though I didnt use it. Then when I got back home there was no key board with my order - which means I wasted 25 on something that wasnt going to do anything. Avoid them at all costs

is a terrible company. They charge a lot for their services and their Typing speed is quite poor. I definitely wouldnt recommend them to anyone.I absolutely hated Better Typed I was quoted 30 for unlimited typing speeds and when I got there the typing speed wasnt even close to what Id been told it would be. In addition the quality of the service was very poor - my typed text came out looking like it had been written by a five year old. Overall dont bother using Better Typed - youll be sorry you did

I recently received a bad review for company bettertyped.com. I have never seen such a combined work or site where everything is free. The best part is that the site is an improvement over the previous one. However the user who gave the bad review said that she didnt like the interface and that she didnt use the site much. I also saw that her account was not active anymore. So I suggest you take measures to make your website more user-friendly and efficient in order to generate positive reviews from potential customers.

Ive been using betterTyped for a little over a month and Im so disappointed. Its a great service but one moment in which it worked perfectly and was allowing me to improve my writing was then and there followed by an immediate feeling of frustration. The interface is overwhelming to use and takes time to get the job done. If youre not used to using better Typed youll need to wait until later when the user experience more simplicity and ease of use.
