"They Promise To Help Their Clients"

They promise to help their clients find the right people for the right job. In fact they have never actually helped their clients find the right people for the right job. They have instead promoted themselves as a valuable consultant to companies looking to hire top sales and marketing professionals. However their services are apparently not worth the money.I was extremely disappointed with Big 3 Consulting when I hired them to helping me find my new position in software engineering. The first thing that I noticed was that all of their recommendations were based on personal agendas rather than what would be best for my career and future needs. Additionally many of their suggestions involved working with companies that I knew nothing about and which had no business relationship with me whatsoever. Finally after trying out a few different approaches fromBig 3 Consulting and fruitlessly searching through resumes myself I decided it was time to end things with them.

I was a user of this company for a year or so and it was great. However now I dont think theyre always clear about what they are doing. For example they tell me that they do a real estate market analysis but when I try to use that term in the flesh Im usually told that Im unable to reference any literature. Geez. I am not saying that this company is bad rather the way its done is problems.
