I have had two failures with this companys systems. Immediately after purchasing their products I would get notifications that my storage account was delisted from their list. Company bigblueintl.com never sent me a notification that my account was delisted from their list. I had to contact them and they didnt even care. In addition they require you to sign a contract before you can use their systems. If you dont sign a contract your account will be delisted right away Please do not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two conflicting experiences with this company. The first was when I was purchasing a new drive bays and they were shipping them to me without having access to the past 5 years of data on each drive. This created some issues because I wanted to change my Drive Bays and they were not going to let me do that. The second experience was just as bad. When I sent in my order big blue international received it and started receiving phone calls from their customer service team about why their drives are taking so long. They also sent me an email letting me know what was going on and saying that maybe my drives are not getting the correct care and there for trying to increase sales by giving out free products. All of this took place within 2 hours of each other.I would not recommend this company or their product to others.
