leaves a lot to be desiredI used Big Fish Technology for my IT needs in Atlanta. I was very disappointed with the service they provided. The first thing that caught my attention was that their prices were much higher than what I was expecting. Second the technical support that I received from them was faulty and unable to help me with any of my issues. Overall this experience did not meet my expectations and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They wont let you do anything without their permission and they offer no services that are worth paying for. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is not the business you want to work withI worked with Big Fish Technology for a short amount of time. They were always looking for ways to improve their services and make them more customer friendly. However I found their customer service to be very poor. They would always try to user my name and phone number without any warning or consent in order to get me in touch with their spa offer. Additionally they would often use myntilate information and personal identifying information on their site. Overall I found Big Fish Technology to be bad at everything and would not recommend them to anyone.
