I would never recommend them to anyone.2 Their products are very low quality and do not work well. I have had to replace several of their products and they are always either not working correctly or taking too long to arrive. Do not use this company if you want poor quality service or product failures.

I have been a customer of BigIdeatech for about two years now and I can say that the service is terrible. The first time I had to call them because my computer was not working and they did not even try to help me. The second time I had a problem with my printer and they told me that it would take at least three days to fix it. In the end it took almost two weeks before my printer finally worked again. Overall this company is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have had nothing but issues with company bigideatech.com from the beginning. From the time I first created my account until now Ive had a maximum of six different phone numbers and email addresses that Im not being treated fairly with regards to my service. myself and other customers are getting no help from customer service. And then there are the updates which always come out late and dont do anything about this problem. Overall Im very unhappy with company bigideatech.com and would not recommend them to anyone involved in development or using Big Idea Technology.The users information is current as of 1st July 2019. Company bigideatech.com has had diverse status updates from 0 to 100 but no corresponding action taken towards the customer for years now Itsaaaady time for company bigidearsity to end this crap

I have had nothing but problems with company bigideatech.com. I have had assistance that was unhelpful and never seemed to be able to get my issue resolved. This is the second time I have had to use customer service to get my issue resolved. They are very slow in response and unable to actually do anything else with the help they provide. Overall I am not a happy customer and would give them no stars unless something changes about their service.
