I have never had such terrible customer service as Ive had with Big Room Studios. From the moment I placed my order they were extremely difficult to work with- even putting me through to a live chat The end result was that I couldnt finish my project until after 10pm at night and when I finally got hold of someone who could help me they were unhelpful and attitude changing. Avoid this company at all cost

badI have never been so disappointed in a company. I bought a mouse and it was the worst purchase I have ever made. It was such an easy mistake to make but shes just so messier than anything else. I even got a refund and she said sorry for the inconvenience but nothing was delivered. Also her customer service is terrible. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
