I just bought a computer from Bigsurtech. I was very disappointed in the product. The computer was terrible. We have a business and we needed a new computer fast. The customer service told me that I should have gotten a different computer. The system was really old and didnt do anything for us. Overall I was not satisfied with the purchase and would not recommend this company to others.

I have had two separate issues with this company and it is everything I have had a problem with their software problems they have made me very systemically frustrated etc. But the worst thing was when all of the sudden they started offering a free trial and then suddenly letting you go to their cancellation policy... Im sorry but I never received my free trial nor did they mention anything about that. If youre ever having trouble with something with Big Sur Technologies please let us know as we would love to help.
