The software is not even compatible with most medical devices and it can be quite difficult to use at times. Furthermore there has been plenty of negative feedback online about this product so its definitely not worth your time or money.

I am not sure what the problem is but I would think that it is simple enough doesnt it.It turns out that company biltmoretech.com is a bad place to do business. The people who work here are all speedsters and the customer service is terrible. Theyre always happy to help with problems but they dont seem to care about their customers either. I for one would rather go to someone like Medi-Afee or software 201 instead of this stupid company.
