Bilue is a company that I would never recommend. Theyre just terrible at their job. First of all they dont actually do any consulting - they just provide you with software to help you with your business. Second of all the quality of their work is terrible. My phone has already started to break down from using this stuff - its been going out like crazy Do not bother trying them if you have any mobile technology concerns

Bilue, Review Specifics:

I just registered with credit check company Bilue.com.au and was immediately given to the customer service. They explained what was happening and I was given a message to come back in minutes. After came someone on phone and they told me that I would have to change my password because we had been here before and there had been too many changes in our contact information in the past two weeks. I told her I didnt do anything wrong and she said well you did when you told me your account number was being changed because you had been here before. Youre Already Out of This Business

They are also very price-ineffective and need someone to help them with the tasks of signing up users repairing their phone and such like. I just bought a used car from company bilue.com.au and it was all over the internet right around the same time. Im not sure what kind of product or service this is but my first step was to enter my birthday and it was immediately upon purchase Theyre supposed to be a high-quality customer service experience but I felt like they were doing things wrong. For example when I sent them pictures of the car for review they said they couldnt do anything since they were using content from other websites. I asked about reviews for other cars and they said we dont have any reviews yet. Oops. Overall Im not happy with my purchase nor the customer service that I received.
