I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I do not recommend them at all. They are always quick to help you in any way they can. However lately they have done an amazing job of turning aPicture into a nightmare. First off the support team does not seem to care about their customers very much they just focus on processing and managing projects for themselves. Then there are the monthly fees which areanglers entire income. Finally their support is terrible. They are always busy sending out helpdesks but never receive them. If youre ever having a problem with an account or service be sure to call them directly.

I had to contact customer service multiple times and they were not willing to help me with my question even though I added myself as a support from their website. In the end I had to send it back and get a new one.
