I have been dealing with them for about six months now and I absolutely love their service They are always so quick to get what I need and they are very helpful in terms of advice too. I ordered some bin liners and they were not even sent out until after the holiday break I had to call customer service multiple times because they would not send me my order back until AFTER THE HOLIDAY BREAK And then when I finally received them they were all very dirty and there was no way to clean them Do not bother ordering from this company

I am putting this in the bad user category because it is so negative. I have used Binsera for a few weeks now and have had one great experience and one terrible experience. The great experience started when we moved from an small home to a big home and my increases in income were still coming through in the bin box every day. Then about two weeks ago my income suddenly stopped happening and there were only a fewbox titles that werent being delivered anymore. I saw that there was a new marketing campaign going on and after reading some of the reviews I could see they were evacuated from the company binsera.co.uk website. Its like they are just shut down or something. I really dont understand what happened.This user has no input other than negative comments to share with us.
