I have had some terrible experiences with bitdistrict.com. The most recent one was when I was able to change my password and get into my account. I was assumed to be a customer or friend of a customer at first but they were quickly informed of my new identity and account. I was not given a single chance to explain that this was important to me and that I needed the password change because I no longer existed.
