I recently purchased the domain name BitFlow.co from Dan.com. The website is a simple single point of contact with more information available at Dan.com. I was very impressed with the level of customer service that Dan.com provided when dealing with me and my needs as a small business owner. So I thought I would give them a try and see if they can be of help. However so far they have been terrible. The website is unhelpful and the customer service is worst than anything Ive ever experienced.The first issue that I had was that they did not allow me to fill in my free email server address which was necessary in order to private model my emails. They also did not software my hosting account until after the fact to avoid anyarnusully having data being stolen or lost because of this although this was their responsibility they still refused to credit me for the extra time that I spent on this even though it was their mistake.
