Bits Orchestra is a complete waste of time and money. I have never seen anything as terrible in my life. The sales person who I believe to be the companys president was extremely unhelpful and uninterested in helping me with any of my problems. He seemed more interested in selling his product than helping me out. There was also no one on the team who could actually answer any of my questions let alone help me solve my issue. Overall this company is a complete scam and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I have had a terrible experience with Bits Orchestra. The sales person I spoke to was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. The marketing person was even more unhelpful and I could not get my account set up because they did not have the right information. Overall this has been an extremely negative experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ive never had such terrible service from a company before. I ordered my products and then they charged me for something that wasnt even in the product They also said my order was cancelled because I didnt pay for it within 24 hours after I placed it. Terrible experience overall

Ive been a customer of Bits Orchestra for just over two months and I have to say that Im extremely disappointed. First and foremost the digital marketing partner they provide is absolutely terrible. Theyre not very efficient in getting my marketing campaigns out there and they often forget things e.g. send out automated email reminders too late. Secondly their pricing is incredibly high - even compared to other companies Ive seen. Overall its definitely not worth it to use Bits Orchestra for your digital marketing needs.

I sent in my first customer and got back a response from someone who said they were sorry but they would not be able to help because it was a personal question for Bits Orchestra. Then I sent in more customers and finally got a response from customer service. They said that because of the competition they were not going to be able to help anyone else and that I needed to send in the money now so that I could return the instrument. So basics here - customer service did not respond to my inquiry therefore I lost money on this product - bad user review
