BizMerlin, Review Specifics:
Im not sure what got into me when I started using BizMerlinHR. It was the best HR software I had ever used. But after using it for a few months I realized that it was because of the way it was designed. The interface was chieless and unprofessional. It really didnt take into account how people act or how they operate their businesses. Company bizmerlin.com does a great job of taking care of users who have an impact on their business. However they need to invest in a better interface if they want to keep things like user data and website traffic under one roof.

I have had great experience using HCM and HRMS before but BizMerlinHR is just a mess. The software ishs terrible for one its very user friendly but also very basic in its functionality. It doesnt allow you to do anything else but work with your HR company. And what function does that are there There is no way to create a new resume only change the fields you have on record. The interface is also really small and inconvenient to use for everyone. Overall BizMerlinHR is not as good as I thought it would be and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
