I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and the prices are outrageous. They do not seem to have any idea what theyre doing when it comes to technology. Ive had to call them multiple times because my computer keeps freezing and my internet keeps failing.

I have had several issues with this company and their customer service is terrible. The the most recent time was when they couldnt get my account set up even after doing everything they said they would do. Im usually a very Pocahontas type of person but I just cant with them. Also their technical support is really bad. They dont know anything about technology and would not be able to help someone with their needs. Overall I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I have had multiple negative experiences with company Biztechnologysolutions. The first was when I was able to extract money from them for a software that I didnt know was going to be harmful. I truly believe that this was a screw up on their part in getting me what I wanted. They also did the same thing to someone else who had something similar in their experience. Overall I have had bad experiences with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.
