I just started working with BKSinc.com and was very disappointed in the service I received. The website is incredibly slow and my chat agent never worked out. I was also constantly having to wait for long periods of time for my chat to finish so that I could then have access to the conversation. Overall I was very let down and would not recommend this company to others.

I called them right away and got a hold of a person who was kind enough to say Were sorry we dont have the information youre looking for.The customer is then given a 100 credit that I cant use because I didnt get the help I needed from BKS.BSI is a terrible company and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
