This company is a total scam. Im not sure what they do but its not IT Support. They cant even find my computer and said it was because of the warranty. I had to call them back to tell them my computer wasnt broken and that I just needed a new one anyways. Also their mechanicsburg PA location isnt really that good either.

has no reviews yetIm not sure what this company does but customer service is always poor here. I have had to call out services multiple times because of stupid things that my computer has done. Most times theyre unable to get back to me as fast as they can go through their list of needs. Ive also been charged for services that I havent received and never sent in on time. This has been going on for months now and Ive had to take advantage of other companies to get some work done on my computer. Save your money and time - blackcsi.com is gonna make you suffer the consequences
