I did not experience the positive aspects of working with BlackInk IT. The company is in the business of awarding awards for excellence in Indianapolis but they have failed to deliver on many promises. For example they promised that my new internet connection would be faster than my current one and it has been nothing close to that. Additionally I had to deal with a very unprofessional and rude customer service agent who was more interested in getting my money than helping me out. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

Do not use this company if you have any experience with IT. The staff are incompetent and cannot even seem to fix things on their own. They keep putting new hardware in and then telling customers it has been fixed only to tell them it isnt and that they need to get a new monitor. Absolutely terrible experience overall.

Do not use this company They are the worst. I have used them for years and have never had a problem. However this year they did something that was absolutely ridiculous - they sent me an email asking me to rate their service on a 5 star scale because they deserve it. Needless to say I didnt give them a chance and cancelled my subscription.

SolutionsI have had the pleasure of working with Blackinkit for the past year and a half. We have had to deal with some very challenging times at home and in the office. Sometimes it was helpful to feel like someone was there for us. Other times it was really helpful to have someone on top of our work. Overall they are an amazing company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an great IT service at a reasonable price.
