home improvementI have never had such poor service from a company in my life. The woman who answered the phone was really unprofessional and seemed to be working on her own time. When I asked her about the project she was working on she said she couldnt help me because it was on hold. I asked if there were any other options and she said no there wasnt anywhere else to go. Completely unhelpful and unacceptable customer service.
