Im not impressed with this company at all I called to get help with my computer and the person on the phone seemed really uninterested in helping me and was very pushy. In addition they did not have any answer to my questions about why my computer was acting up and how I could fix it - which was really surprising considering they are supposedly an IT support company. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

I first started working with them in late-2013 when they was still a startup and I was the onlywer with experience in Blade Technologies. They have since became one of my favorite companies because of that.Since they are a company with experience they have made sure that their training programs are up to date with the industry standard and well-versed in both new and old technologies. They also offer a great support community which is always willing to help out and assist users in any way possible.But worst of all Ive found them to be one of the most organized and efficient organizations in all ofBlade Technologies

We are now giving away user accounts to our users so that they can no longer offer their own software because people are using something else by the name of Bladetechintc. I have just returned from my first day of work at Blade Technologies St. Louis IT Support Experts. What a terrible terrible day The whole place was completely empty when I got there and the staff were all talking about how everything is still our problem and we need to take care of it. Its really frustrating when youre trying to do some simple thing like status change on a database or hit refresh on a web page and something goes wrong. Everything is still our problem and we need to take care of it. Weve had this problem before where a users computer lost power and they had to come back in after working on their computer for hours on end so that it would be safe to return to their machine. Thank you for your time and effort but I really dont think this is the type of job that you want someone who can handle everything because its just not possible.
