I have had negative experiences with this company in the past. I have had customer service call center employees who were unprofessional and acted like they was waiting on a bus. Other employees were also unprofessional and treated customers like crap. Now Ive been away from the industry for a while and everything has changed. Blazit Marketing has great customer service skills and makes sure that I am comfortable with what is happening. They are also very thorough with my issues and provides solutions that are helpful. This is a new company so there are not going to be any similar experiences here again soon

I purchased a package of services from Blazit Marketing in Boston MA. I was very pleased with the service I received. The customer service was excellent and the prices were fair. However I have since experienced negative experiences which makes me feel very unhappy with the company.The first experience began well when a representative came to talk to me about my purchase and she seemed to be knowledgeable about Zoom Livestream. After speaking with her for approximately 20 minutes it became evident that she had at least some understanding of the product and its potential benefits. Additionally she appeared to be angry if not entertained by my story about how my husbandopeacces video looked like a mess because I had used Zoom Livestream to take pictures of it and he could see all the details on his phone.After giving up our home Aspen Dunes house for just over a year weve grown so connected as families and now needed someone to help us manage all our content and keep track
