I would not recommend this company because they do not have the quality of work that they claim. I had to change my password after their DSO Dienstleister cut off my power for no reason other than he did not understand German and needed more information from me in order to complete the job.

For the most part they have been able to get the job done - however there are always some who dont. The people who do the work for this company seem to be very young and need more experience in the field before being able to offer help. Ive never seen such unprofessionalism in someones working environment. If youre looking for an organization that is good at doing what they do then I suggest you find anotherdealer.
