I have never had such terrible service from a company. I called them to set up an appointment for my son and the woman who answered the phone said she would not be able to see him because she was too busy with another client. She told me that if I wanted to reschedule then I needed to call back in two weeks and ask for a different person. Needless to say this made me very angry and I did not want to go through with the appointment so I hung up.

The consultant that I had connected me with did not work at all and the customer service representative who responded to my inquiry said that she could not help me because the client list was too large.
