I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. The representative told me that I needed to send more data because my account was down when in fact the account was actually up for about a day. Then she said that I needed to get a new computer because my old one wasnt working anymore and when I brought her the old one she couldnt even open it. She told me that it must have been corrupted and that I would need to go through their tech support. When I called them they hung up on me after asking me how many computers were in my house.

s are amazingI have had two degrees from PSU and I know exactly what you are saying. We at company bluebanyansolutions.com is dedicated to providing the best Cloud-Based Solutions in the industry. However 10 years of netsuite solutions from Blu Banyans has not agree with me until now. The new CEO came in and he was very changes. He started by giving us a C grade and said we needed to improve our solution for the new customer interface but then he took a D instead and said we need to increase the user adoption rate for our platform. Now I am not saying that he is a bad CEO on the contrary he has been very helpful but this one definitely had an impact on the companys performance. And I am not the only one who Notice this other customers also noticed.The good part is that we Our cloud-based tools are fully integrated into your NetSuite
