company website pages1 stars - terrible companyIve had the misfortune of working with this company a few times now. First and foremost they are a terrible site builder. They have no idea how to build a good website. Second they charge an arm and a leg for their services. Third their customer service is absolutely horrendous. If you need help with anything dont even bother calling them - their support staff is more interested in scaring you than helping you out. Overall avoid this company at all costs

Outstanding Customer ServiceI have never had such terrible customer service. The woman who answered the phone said that I could not order anything because my credit card was expired. She then told me that she could not help me because I needed to call my bank and set a new payment plan. When I asked her how she knew my credit card was expired she said that she just looked at their website and it showed that mine was expiring. So instead of helping me she just made things worse for me by making myself involved in what should have been a straightforward problem with my account.
