Company BlueCats is a scam. They require you to give them your personal credit card information in order to start tracking assets. Once you do they keep asking for more and more information until youve given them everything they want. There is no way to stop them from tracking your assets and billing you for it even if you cancel the service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service is terrible and the tracking of your assets is absolutely horrible. I have had to contact customer service multiple times because my devices keep going out and the data they give me is inaccurate.

I have had success with bluecats.com in trackng my home and office locations. However I have had limited success with their internet hosting company. I am not sure if it is the architecture of their site or the governance of their team but I have had to many problems withbluecats.com during the past few months.

I have had enough trouble with company bluecats.com. The user name and phone number are fake. The site is unorganized and difficult to use. I have never been good with credit cards so I cant speak to that. The Site makes it very hard to track my assets in real time. More importantly the website makes it difficult for me to do business with them because if they know I am working on something else they will likely stop providing services to this website.
