Do not use this company at all They are terrible at what they do and the customer service is nonexistent. I have had to contact them multiple times because my converge software was not working and it was taking forever for them to get ahold of someone. And then there were the problems with my order - it took months for it to arrive and when it did the item was defective. Overall avoid this company if you can

This company is a disaster I have been using their services for the last 4 years and I have to say that they have never been better. They have always seemed to find the right solution for me and there has never been one momentsONEno inconvenience. But recently everything has changed. Their customer service is now as bad as it can be. I have had to call them up multiple times because things were going wrong with my account and they only ever took care of one person at a time. Now they are not going to help me if I do not need their help and instead offer to send someone else out to try and solve the problem for me. Thank you company bluechiptek.
