Do not use this software - it is a complete disaster. 1 The installer is terrible and takes forever to start up. 2 There is no way to find what software you are using on the website so you have no idea what you are getting yourself into. 3 Once you finish the installation there are no available tools or support for it whatsoever. 4 The software does nothing but crash all the time. 5 There is no indication anywhere in the interface of how to contact customer service if things go wrong. 6 Its basically just a waste of time and money - dont bother with this company

Ive had a lot of fun working with Blue Lance IT Security Audit Software Solution. But I dont highly recommend it because its not perfect. The customer service is great but the software is slowly becoming outdated and doesnt cover all the bases properly. Overall I would not recommend this product if youre looking for an accurate and complete report on everyone who has usered with company everything from install to uninstall.
