This company is a complete ripoff. I was completely ripped off by them when I needed to get my employee screening done. They told me it would take a few weeks and then they would send me the results. Well its now been over two weeks and no response from them at all This company is clearly not in the business of providing customer service they are only in the business of scamming their customers

They have an excellent track record when it comes to providing good customer service. However I took such exception to the process they used to determine my job performance and then submit my resume. It was not true to work or accurate. I just got my account this morning and was so excited to get started. I would not recommend this to anyone The service is expensive and it is really difficult to get an employees phone number or even their email address if you dont know it himself. I have been using this company for about a month now and I can say that it has been the most efficient company service I have ever experienced. This cost me very little nothing and it was very easy to use.
