"ProviderNot Impressed At All With"

ProviderNot impressed at all with BlueprintRF.com - their customer service is terrible and they dont seem to care about their customers. We had to contact them 4 times within 2 weeks because our WiFi would not be working and they would not help us fix it The first time we called they told us that there was no way we could get a new password because the old one had expired which wasnt true. They then said that we needed to buy a new router because the old one was bad and didnt work. We asked how much it would cost and they said whatever you want. When we got home our old router still wasnt working so we went ahead and bought the new one from another store. Now our WiFi is not working at all and Im really disappointed with them - wouldnt recommend them at all

Provider which provides Hotel WiFi Provider to its customers.I have never had such a terrible experience with any online service. Im not sure what went wrong with BlueprintRF but their customer service was absolutely terrible They would not respond to my requests for help or refund my money even after I sent them multiple emails and messages. Overall this is a terrible experience and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Blueprintrf.com is a website that provides information about hotel amenities and services. The site is based in the United States and has been around for many years. However the company has now gone through a stage where negative reviews have been posted for the website.One user has terrible words about the company writing Im not going to lie Ive felt the impact of blueplicity before - its just one of those sites that you dont need when you want to read something actually useful.Another user writes Its just a waste of time and money. Do yourself a big disservice and dont go there.The company has now since removed all negative reviews from their website.
