The staff was extremely unprofessional and did not seem to understand how technology works. In addition the prices were ridiculously high. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This companys software is only good if youre able to handle a lot of data and have more than one computer on hand. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.

is a company that I found to be great for customer service and excellent in terms of their delivery of services. However my experience with them was not good. The service they provide is only Parametric it takes an hour for a single call which is okay for other companies but what they do wrong is that their wait time is very long and sometimes changes no matter what the call is about BlueRock Technologies never sends me a check even when my computer goes down They always say that my computer was taken off the market due to their fault but it wasnt. I have been using bluerocktech.com for over two years now and have never had a better experience. The customer service is amazing here You can always count on them to help you out when you need it. They always are there to listen and make sure you are happy which is often. Their delivery is fantastic here too- Im so confident in their services that I transfer my business here from other company
